betpkr Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of the betpkr platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, and all related services — you ("the Player," "you," "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the betpkr Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and betpkr ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the betpkr platform and close any account you have registered.

To be eligible to register and use the betpkr platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of betpkr, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the betpkr platform, nor self-excluded under the platform's responsible gaming tools.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

betpkr reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and source of funds from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (SSS, UMID, Passport, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, or PRC ID). Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Any player found to have provided false information regarding their age or identity will have their account immediately terminated and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.

To access real-money gaming features on betpkr, you must register a player account. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts.

Registration Requirements

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betpkr account credentials — including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify betpkr support immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

betpkr shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. Transactions completed using valid credentials will be treated as authorised by the account holder.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, betpkr conducts KYC verification on all player accounts. Full verification is required before processing withdrawals exceeding applicable thresholds. KYC documentation may include government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Deposits

• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours on business days.
• betpkr reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds, which may extend processing times.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are communicated within your account dashboard.

betpkr may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion.

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Systematic or professional exploitation of bonus offers is prohibited.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash except as explicitly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• betpkr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at its discretion if it suspects abuse, technical errors, or fraudulent activity.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Players must opt in to promotions where required before meeting wagering thresholds.
• Bonuses are available to players in the Philippines aged 21 and above who have completed account verification, unless stated otherwise.

• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity in violation of Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Collusion with other players, casino staff, or game providers to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to misrepresent your location in order to circumvent geographic access restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of promotions in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of recreational play.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing betpkr staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the betpkr platform's software or security systems.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your betpkr account on your behalf.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betpkr platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any betpkr content without prior written consent.
• Use the betpkr brand, name, or logo in any commercial context.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the betpkr platform.
• Create derivative works based on any betpkr intellectual property.

All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by betpkr and its licensors.

betpkr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with regulatory obligations, and improve the platform experience.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betpkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, data, or goodwill.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Actions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or network operators.

betpkr's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.

betpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your account activity raises concerns of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require us to restrict your access.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to betpkr, other players, or the integrity of the platform.

Upon termination, any genuine real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting betpkr support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will continue to be processed normally.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Presidential Decree No. 1602, Republic Act No. 9487, and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent betpkr from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

betpkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates in Philippine law, PAGCOR regulations, platform features, or operational requirements.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file, or through a prominent notice on the betpkr platform, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect — except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the betpkr platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
